Worldwide Shipping

We ship to over 150 countries worldwide, including United Kingdom, North America, Europe, Asia, and beyond. Every order is shipped via trusted courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS, ensuring a smooth and secure delivery process right to your doorstep.

For safety and efficiency, we do not ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Options

We offer two delivery options based on your preferred speed and budget:

• Standard Shipping (10–12 Working Days): FREE
  Reliable and cost-effective shipping option for all standard orders.

• Expedited Shipping (6–8 Working Days): £25.00
  Fast-track your order and receive your jacket sooner with priority handling and delivery.

Note: Orders placed after 1:00 PM (local time) are processed on the next working day. Our fulfillment center operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Handling Time

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch.

• Standard Handling Time: 3–4 business days.

• During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer due to high demand.

Customs Duties and Taxes

All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms.
This means that import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon arrival in the destination country.

We recommend checking your country’s import and customs regulations before placing your order. If you need help understanding these charges, our Customer Service Team is happy to assist.

Estimated Delivery Times

Note: For customized orders, please allow an additional 2–3 working days for tailoring and preparation before dispatch.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. You can track your package in real time through the courier’s website or the tracking section on our website.

If you experience delays or see your order “on hold,” please contact the courier service directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Parcels

We take pride in inspecting every order before it leaves our warehouse. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@jacketjourney.com.

Our team will assist you with returns, replacements, or refunds according to our Return & Refund Policy.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

• Tags and original packaging must be intact

• Items must be in resellable condition

Possible Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver every parcel on time, delays may occur due to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather

• Courier operational issues

• Public holidays (e.g., Christmas, Easter)

• Incorrect address or contact information

• Customs clearance delays

• Global disruptions (e.g., COVID-19, strikes, etc.)

Before Placing Your Order

For a smooth shopping experience:

• Double-check your shipping address and contact details before checkout.

• Orders containing both customized and non-customized items may ship together, extending the delivery time.

• After dispatch, address changes are not possible — contact your courier directly for assistance.
